Hello I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
I have been a counsellor for 14 years. I appreciate it may be difficult to seek counselling when you are experiencing emotional difficulties in your life. I will provide you with a safe place to express your thoughts, feelings and fears and how to tell your story without being judged.
I provide a confidential, empathic, non-judgemental and open environment where together we will explore and uncover the difficulties you are experiencing in life.
This process may help develop your self-awareness, which in turn will help develop a deeper understanding in order to creates a clearer path for you in the future.
Outside my extensive Private Practice my experience included:
- Volunteering for an Inner London Drugs and Alcohol Team.
- Volunteering for an inner London Community Counselling Service.
