Austen is a CSTA registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist who began practicing in 2013, and trained at the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET) in London.
People may come for Craniosacral Therapy because they have acute physical problems such as headaches or bad backs, or long-standing problems both physical and emotional. Others may come for ongoing support in their busy lives and for help to meet life’s challenges.
The treatment is facilitated by a very light touch upon specific areas of the the body such as the head or spine whilst the person lay, fully clothed on a treatment table.
