As a Clinical Psychologist, my role is to support clients to make sense of their situation/themselves using research-led approaches that are effective in practice. Through therapy, it might be that you uncover further goals and want support in deciding your next steps, I can help with that too. I seek to create a space which is centred around you and what you need. My therapeutic work draws on Systemic and Psychoanalytic ideas, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I have been offering psychological therapy for clients across the lifespan for over 10 years, addressing a wide range of challenges. These issues include: depression; trauma; anxiety attachment difficulties; psychosis; relationship breakdown; racial trauma; challenges with sexuality; workplace issues, and, psychological difficulties brought on by illness, amongst others.
Qualifications: I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, as well as a Foundation in Systemic Theory and Practice (Association of Family Therapy).
